What muscles are being worked during the 7-Methods?

The integration of the Inertia Wave in your training engages the entire body, as it is one of the greatest core strengthening devices we know of today. The Inertia Wave works the entire posterior chain during every method. Moreover, it can elevate the contractions of specific muscles depending on the path the tubes are traveling.

Below are the muscles that are called upon mostly specific the “Method being performed”

1-Inertia Wave = Bilateral Sagittal wave and trough

Primary: Upper & Lower back, Abs, Core, concentric, eccentric contractions of biceps & triceps, forearms, posterior & medial shoulder girdle muscles, & rotator cuff

Default or secondary:  Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

2-Hero Wave = Unilateral Sagittal wave and trough

Primary: Upper back, concentric, eccentric contractions of biceps & triceps, forearms, posterior shoulder girdle muscles & rotator cuff

Default or secondary:  Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

3-Cross Fire = Transverse oscillating wave

Primary: Abs, Core, external & internal obliques, erector spinae, Upper back, & posterior shoulder muscles, & forearms.

Default or secondary:  Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

4-Double Over = Circumduction

Primary: Rotator cuff, chest, Core, shoulder girdle complex, internal, external oblique system, extensors, flexors of forearms.

Default or secondary: Outer hip (TFL) & glutes, (G-Min & Med) Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

5-Super Typhoon = Transverse oscillating wave

Primary: Abs, Core, external & internal obliques, erector spinae, Upper back, & posterior shoulder muscles, & forearms.

Default or secondary:  Outer hip (TFL) & glutes, (G-Min & Med) Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

6-Thunder Slap = Bilateral Sagittal wave and trough

Primary: Upper & Lower back, Abs, Core, concentric, eccentric contractions of biceps & triceps, forearms, posterior & medial shoulder girdle muscles, & rotator cuff

Default or secondary:  Hamstrings, Quads, & calves

7-Oxygen Thief = Bilateral Sagittal wave and trough

Primary: Hamstrings, Quads, calves,  upper & Lower back, Abs, Core, concentric, eccentric contractions of biceps & triceps, forearms.

Default or secondary: Posterior & medial shoulder girdle muscles, & rotator cuff
